Accommodation Solutions NZ Ltd is an independent Property Management
Business, locally owned and operated.

We are investors, so we expect your property to be managed by someone that
knows what it is like to own an investment property.

We have a team of five, all specialising on different aspects of Property
Management.  As well as this we have an extensive team of contractors we use
to help maintain your property.  We have local and national investors as
well as investors from as far afield as Western Australia and Asia.

ASL uses a leading edge computer-based property management system. This
includes internet connectivity for clients to their property records
enabling the most professional and focussed services, accuracy of
information and reliability.

We work closely with the Department of Building and Housing and other local
